The aim of this study is to learn the difference between the frequency diarrhoe between the baby be done exclusive breast milk, baby formula in a particular 1 Milk Gandrungmangu Public Health Centre Cilacap Regency (central java of indonesia ). This use of a descriptive studied comparative study examines the Art Analysis of the population are infants, age 11-12 per month. The sample was the target, with the methods of sampling and there were 36 babies, meet the criteria for inclusion. The collection, with enquette, then analysed with the Chi-square. This study will take place 15-30 June 2006. The result was noted that the number of diarrhoea is a baby, exclusive is mother's milk is 36.1%, while the number of diarrhoea is a baby in a certain formula milk is 52.8%. Based on the result of a calculation falls Chi-square value of 21.42 which are in a different frequency of diarrhoea between the baby be done exclusive breast milk, baby in a certain formula milk. This study conclution there is a significant difference in the incidence of diarrhoea between the baby be done Exclusive breast milk, baby in a certain formula milk.
